|Recommended: YesLiving Here — I have lived here almost 2 years and overall living here is pretty good. I have quiet and friendly neighbors. Most importantly I am able to have my best friend here with me which is my jack russell. Nobody bothers me and I don't bother them. They do come in for pest control once a month and it is close to everything including my job. The monthly rent is priced fairly. There are a few things that could be better. 1. We have had 3 different managers and 2 different owners in a year and a half. The first manager was great loved him the second one kind of just tolerated her the third i don't think i met. The first owners would charge a 100 late fee after the third and eviction by the tenth. They also only allowed you to pay online where you was charged a 20 convience fee to do so. then they also charged you for water, trash, sewage and pest control which added another 50 or 60 a month. They also had cleaned the swimming pool and had it sprakling and we was not alllowed to enjoy it all summer long claim they was waiting on premits. Now the new owers so far I think i llike them. They don't charge a late fee until after the 9th. we have not been charged extra for water trash or sewage nor pest control. There was an issue with the trash company not coming and picking up the trash for a few weeks there. Glad to say that has been handled and the grass has been cut. So i am pleased about that. They don't charge you 20 extra dollars for you to pay your rent. I do wish it was a little easier getting in touch with them in the office
